"Kawauchiya" that has been around since the early Showa period at the foot of Kuonji Temple in Minobu
The restaurant's best-selling "Shiitake-don", which uses abundant local shiitake mushrooms, has a thick shiitake mushroom that is soaked in flavor and is excellent for eating!Moreover, it's healthy !! Tendon is also a popular gem.
