The second branch of Yamawarau, an old folk house restaurant in the center of Kofu.In a location full of nature in Minobu, you can enjoy dishes that incorporate plenty of seasonal vegetables and delicious wild game in a special space that was renovated from an old private house built 2 years ago.
We recommend the Irori course, which comes with venison thigh meat, raw venison sausage, grilled yamame trout skewers, and nutritious side dishes.
Each time you taste it, you will learn the power that comes from seasonal ingredients, the thoughts of the producers, and the meaning of receiving life.
