Article 7 Prohibitions

Users and registered members shall not perform the following acts when using "PORTA".

Article 8 Management of ID and password

Article 12 Offering prizes

Article 16 Information about registered members

  5. If the member registrant determines that it will be disadvantageous to a third party, the Company may notify the third party, the police or related organizations of information about the member registrant including the member registration information.

Article 17 Disclaimer

  8. The Company will recover the data, etc. accumulated in "PORTA" by the member registrant if it is lost (including deletion by the member registrant himself) or if it is falsified by a third party. I shall not be obliged to do so.

Article 18 Checking advertising information

We have the right to check the advertisement information requested by the client in advance in accordance with the guidelines for newspaper advertisements, and to refuse the request if we judge that the advertisement is not appropriate.

Article 19 Exclusive Court of Jurisdiction
