Article 6 Copyright, etc.

Users, registrants and clients may not use any information provided through "PORTA" in any way outside the scope of personal private use as stipulated by copyright law.
Users, registered members and clients may not use or disclose any information provided through "PORTA" to a third party without the permission of the right holder.
If a problem occurs in violation of the provisions of this article, the user, registered member and client shall solve the problem at their own expense and responsibility and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company.

Article 7 Prohibitions

Users and registered members shall not perform the following acts when using "PORTA".

Article 8 Management of ID and password

The member registrant shall be responsible for managing the ID and password registered by the member registrant, which the Company lends to the member registrant after the member registration procedure.
The member registrant shall be liable for damages caused by insufficient management of ID and password, mistake in use, use by a third party, etc., and the Company shall not be liable at all.

The Company may change, add or abolish part or all of the contents of "PORTA", excluding the member registrant information, without prior notice to the member registrant for any reason, other companies. 5. The Company may reject the user's event notification application if there is a fact that falls under any of the following items or if it is determined that there is a good reason to refuse the application.

Article 11 Posting by registered members

Member registrants can post photos and documents through the member registrant-only service within "PORTA".

Article 12 Offering prizes

We will provide prizes to registered members through gift application.

We are not liable for any damages to users, registrants and clients caused by the interruption or suspension of the provision of "PORTA" for any reason.

Article 16 Information about registered members

The member registrant shall not object to the use of the member registration information obtained from the member registrant by the Company for the purpose of providing "PORTA".

If the member registrant determines that it will be disadvantageous to a third party, the Company may notify the third party, the police or related organizations of information about the member registrant including the member registration information.
If a court, public prosecutor's office, police, bar association, consumer center, or an organization with similar authority requests disclosure of information about a member registrant, including member registration information, we will disclose the information accordingly. can do.

Article 17 Disclaimer

The content of the advertising information is determined by the client at its own risk, and we are not responsible for the content.If the content of the advertising information infringes the rights of the registered member or a third party, or if a dispute arises due to the infringement of the rights, the Company shall not be liable for the infringement and the dispute. ..
The Company shall not be liable for any social, mental, physical or financial damage caused by the violation of these Terms of Use or the improper use of "PORTA" by users and registered members. I will.
The Company considers that the use of the member registrant-only service that has been personally authenticated by the member registrant or all actions associated therewith are due to the member registrant regardless of whether or not it is the member registrant himself. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused to the member registrant as a result of any incompleteness in the content of personal information, etc. registered by the member registrant in "PORTA".
The Company will recover the data, etc. accumulated in "PORTA" by the member registrant if it is lost (including deletion by the member registrant himself) or if it is falsified by a third party. I shall not be obliged to do so.

Article 18 Checking advertising information

We have the right to check the advertisement information requested by the client in advance in accordance with the guidelines for newspaper advertisements, and to refuse the request if we judge that the advertisement is not appropriate.

Article 19 Exclusive Court of Jurisdiction
