I ordered without soup for the first time.I added more bean sprouts and omitted the backfat and garlic, so it was delicious without being too thick.The noodles are thick and delicious.

It might be my favorite among Jiro-kei in the prefecture.
The noodles have just the right amount of springiness, and the char siu is soft and not too oily.
There are many sizes and patterns to choose from, so even women can easily order!

It was the first time for a Jiro ramen shop.It was the first time for me to understand how to call garlic, lard, seasoning, and vegetables.The noodles were chewy flat noodles and were very delicious.Even with Jiro, you can choose what to do with the strength of the taste and backfat, so I'm glad that you got a non-rich Jiro ramen.The char siu was tender with both lean meat and fat.
