Showacho's popular ramen "Men no Prison" opens every Tuesday and Friday as "Niboshi no Prison" in a new style.
There are only 3 types on the menu: Chinese soba noodles with thick seafood made with dried sardines, tsukemen with kelp water, and Chinese soba noodles.The carefully prepared niboshi soup has a mellow scent of dried sardines in the rich flavor of pork and seafood.
Our recommendation is niboshi and rich seafood Chinese noodles.It doesn't taste like dried sardines at all, and goes perfectly with thin straight noodles that go down smoothly.Kombu water tsukemen is also popular.
