Soba Hiro is the only restaurant in Yamanashi prefecture where you can enjoy buckwheat made from 100% buckwheat flour from Hitachi Aki Soba in Ibaraki Prefecture.
You can enjoy not only soba but also Japanese and Western dishes, and the interior is modern and calm.
There are many local regulars and tourists, and it is loved by a wide range of age groups!
