``Fuji Musubi Café Sazanami'' along the shore of Lake Kawaguchi is a rice ball cafe that you can enjoy from the morning.

The rice balls we are proud of are made with the brand rice ``Fujisanroku no Gen'', which is free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and the natural sea salt ``Oku'' made by boiling seawater from Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, which is said to be the most transparent in Japan, over natural firewood. Nigiri with Daso's Ida Salt.

Everything is made from scratch, with special attention to ingredients unique to Yamanashi, such as Shigureni Koshu wine beef and Fuji no suke. In addition to takeout, we also have deluxe sets available only for eat-in.
