"Robata Ichishin" opened along the Tokugyo Waste Road in Kofu City in December 2021. A small izakaya where you can enjoy robatayaki and shichirin.

At Robatayaki, you can enjoy the atmosphere by grilling seasonal river fish (sweetfish and amago) and various vegetables in front of customers, in addition to "bird peach" and "large shrimp".

On the other hand, in Shichirin-yaki, customers can enjoy grilling ingredients at their own pace and eating while watching the degree of grilling they like.
