NIGRAT means "smiley" in the dialect of the owner chef's hometown Aomori.
I'm hoping that the person who ate the food will become "nigratto".At NIGRAT, we use seasonal ingredients and offer dishes that you can enjoy the feeling of the season.The chef wants you to know the importance of "medical and dietary sources" that eating a balanced diet can prevent and treat illness.
