I feel like the daily lunch and weekly lunch menus are once-in-a-lifetime chances, so I tend to order them.The weekly lunch on the day I stopped by was a sweet and spicy short rib bowl.The umami of short ribs and the sweet and salty sauce, the mellowness of the tororo and the sweetness of the white rice…all of these flavors are mixed together in this bowl!I can't stop eating this with my chopsticks... I want to suppress the urge to eat the rice bowl and savor it slowly, one bite at a time.The side salads and small bowls are all gentle things that make you feel relieved.There is no doubt that you will be captivated by the weekly run that changes every time you go♪
