There are many omelet rice styles, but a plate with rice beautifully wrapped in omelette like a kokuriya is no longer artistic!The ketchup sauce finished with spices such as bay leaf, cloves and sage has a simple taste but a rich aroma.Although I feel nostalgic, I hate having to go to Kokuriya because I can't imitate it at home.Once you eat it, you will never forget it.
A cafe opened by renovating an old cafe restaurant in Minami Alps.Originally, the cafeteria run by the owner's mother was a place of relaxation for the locals.The shop with such a feeling is renewed as a cafe!While retaining the remnants of the old days, the cafe has been redesigned during the day and the bar has been redesigned at night, and you can enjoy wine, beer, and sake at night.
