The main course is bread made from domestic wheat and homemade yeast.
We sell about 30 types of bread and handmade baked goods that make the best use of the taste of each dough, such as British bread dough, comple (whole grain) dough, muffin dough, and rye dough.
At the eat-in corner, you can enjoy freshly baked bread, French toast, seasonal potage soup, and baked sweets such as pound cakes and tarts made from flat-reared eggs in Hakushu.
