- Art / Culture / Solo Exhibition
"Belle Époque" refers to the colorful culture and era that flourished centering in Paris from the end of the 19th century until the beginning of World War I. At that time, artists from various fields gathered in Paris, including artists, musicians, literary figures, dancers, stage personnel, and fashion designers, and while interacting with each other, their respective arts blossomed, and even today, Paris still retains traces of those days. You can feel it.
This exhibition features works from that ``beautiful period'' and a little later, and introduces various aspects of culture in a multilayered manner. The collection of David E. Wiseman and Jacqueline E. Michael, which forms the center of this exhibition, will be exhibited for the first time in Japan.
