A parfait topped with a compote made with black grapes from our own farm, along with Shine Muscat jam, vanilla ice cream, yogurt, and corn flakes.
The compote is made from three types of black grapes, Kyoho, Pione, and Black Beet, bottled with syrup while still fresh, slowly steamed, and then aged for more than half a year.When you put one grain in your mouth, the juicy and fresh juice overflows, and the rich grape flavor and sourness spread throughout your mouth!
