The cafeteria at the top of Yamanashi Prefectural Fruit Park is a place where you can fully enjoy "Yamanashi" with sweets and dishes that use plenty of fruits and local ingredients, as well as its excellent location.
In addition to the popular cold grape pasta and parfait following the peach, this season will also feature a new appetizer-like grape salad with seasonal fruit dressing.

The main ingredients are shiitake mushrooms produced in the prefecture, grilled seasonal vegetables, and grapes from Yamanashi, sprinkled with white wine gelée.It brings out the sweetness of fruits and the umami of vegetables by letting the sourness come through.
For the main dish, cold pasta is made with thick noodles, while still being cold, with a chewy texture of fresh raw noodles.The oil base is very delicious with a fragrant finish of grape puree.
The parfait that “enjoys the ingredients” uses as little cream as possible, and mint and lemon jelly and yogurt mousse are refreshing and support the fresh grape flavor.
