A 150-year-old folk house cafe in Katsunuma, Koshu.Open only on weekends, you can see the vineyards of Katsunuma right next to it, giving you a feeling of liberation.Sit on the porch and enjoy the time slowly while gazing at the scenery outside.The parfait you eat in such a peaceful space is exceptional.
You can also enjoy a drink menu unique to Katsunuma, such as homemade grape juice and a set of white wine drinks.

The parfait, which uses abundantly several types of grapes from its own farm, uses the most delicious seasonal grapes out of about 20 types.Soft serve ice cream is less sweet so as not to spoil the original taste of grapes.Grape jelly with fruit juice, grape sorbet, and grape ice cream are layered, all of which are homemade.The grapes are frozen and look beautiful, and when you bring them to your mouth, the crispy texture of the frozen flesh is an accent.It is a parfait unique to producers who can truly taste the grapes.

Luxurious pizza generously topped with raw grapes.The homemade pizza crust is thin and crispy, and uses several types of cheese, including gorgonzola, to create an original taste through repeated trial and error.The saltiness of the cheese complements the sweetness of the grapes, and the richness of the taste is accompanied by a hint of bitterness.
