In the outer space “Esspace” where blue cheese and strawberries meet, mini-cup shortcakes and three-colored part de fruit shine beautifully like jewels.

The strawberry mousse is decorated with buttercream, and the crunchy waffles are topped with berries and chocolate cream. The fragrant cafe au lait mousse is topped with strawberry sauce.

Enjoy a rich caramelized foie gras mousse with strawberries on a baguette for a rich, mouth-watering time♪ Also available is a hot ham and cheese sandwich with fruity semi-dried tomatoes.

The combination of “strawberry x ○○” and the innovative use of strawberries are full of surprises and excitement. Enjoy a moment of bliss while being surrounded by the charm of new strawberries.
