A new coffee stand opened on March 2024, 3 along Alps Street in Iida, Kofu City. The name is "coffee boutique BLACK".
As the name suggests, it is a small coffee shop, so it is not a shop where you can relax inside, but a coffee stand where you can enjoy takeout.

The coffee boutique, run by an owner who owns a design office, has a very stylish monochrome packaging and a flowing logo inspired by the black liquid of coffee.

These days, there are many coffee stands that are very particular about their coffee, and there are cases where people don't know much about beans or roasting, or they don't know what their preferences are when ordering, and they end up feeling confused. We opened this store to serve as an entry point to specialty coffee for such people, and to lower the barrier to entry so that as many people as possible can learn about the deliciousness, fun, and depth of coffee.
Although the terminology remains, I'm glad that the menu includes tasting charts and detailed explanations so that even people who don't know about specialty coffee can order easily.
