Marusan Farm is a fruit farm in Minami Alps City, Yamanashi Prefecture that has been operating for more than half a century, focusing on grass cultivation and low-agricultural soil.

``CREPE & SOFT CREAM CAFE ROPPE'' opened on December 2023, 12 on the premises where sweet and delicious fruits such as cherries, peaches, grapes, persimmons, and kiwis are produced.

Located just off the Shirane Interchange on the Chubu-Odan Expressway, Marusan Orchard is a busy direct sales store during the fruit season.They offer seasonal parfaits, crepes, and more, with the hope that ``even substandard fruits can be eaten more deliciously.'' We decided to develop a sweets menu.

The 4 Per Mille Initiative is one of the internationally promoted efforts to increase the amount of carbon in the world's soil by 0.4% annually and as a measure against global warming.

Today, we're having Roppe Crepe, which is loaded with 4 percent mixed fruit, and strawberry shine parfait.

Of course you can take out, but you can also sit comfortably on the terrace and enjoy a warm drink.

``4 Per Mill Mixed Fruit Roppe Crepe'' is luxuriously decorated with three types of grapes grown in our own farm: Nagano Purple, Shine Muscat, and cute heart-shaped My Heart, and is also filled with fruits such as persimmons and kiwi. You can enjoy it.
The parfait is made up of the popular Shine Muscat and strawberries, and is a deluxe version that includes homemade custard and our signature highland soft serve ice cream made with a unique blend of Jersey milk and Poppo milk.
For an additional 80 yen, you can also add a large crumbly handmade cookie topping.

The reason why you can enjoy juicy grapes until this time of year is thanks to a special storage facility that maintains their freshness.
A thin layer of lemon-scented rare cheese is spread on the dough, and the original cream, which is made by blending three types of fresh cream and kneading mascarpone, wraps the fruit in a very light way.
Accented with salty crushed crackers, the grapes support the deliciousness until the very end.

In addition to crepes filled with fruits from our own farm, we have a wide variety of menu items, from standard crepes such as tiramisu and brûlée, to meal crepes, and crispy crepes with no fresh cream, so they are great for snacks as well as lunch. That's it.
