The rich miso soup uses Tokyo's ``Edo Sweet Miso,'' which is made using a traditional method, and the flavor of the miso, which does not use any seafood stock, is competitive.

You can also enjoy the thick miso kakuni in the soup with the noodles or with rice.

The restaurant's recommended way to enjoy this delicious dish is to squeeze the condiment Sudachi onto the noodles, top with ginger and green onions, and dip half of the noodles into the soup.

The refreshing flavor of sudachi and ginger brings out the bright flavor of miso.

The small interior, with a U-shaped counter and table seats, is filled with the warmth of wood and a Japanese atmosphere.

As soon as you pass through the entrance, there is a ticket vending machine, and after purchasing a meal ticket, go inside the store.
