Isshisoden, Marunouchi, Kofu City, is a ramen restaurant with two pillars: miso tsukesoba and curry tsukesoba.
It opened in June 2 as the second branch of Hatsushi Kantetsu, a popular miso ramen shop in Kofu City.
We are particular about the strong taste of the noodles, and the completely original noodles made through repeated trial and error and the rich dipping sauce create a special harmony of deliciousness.
The Isshisoden style of eating is to put ginger, green onion, and sudachi as condiments directly on the noodles, dip a little of the noodles into the rich dipping sauce, and enjoy the refreshing taste.
