I want a jumbo parfait that looks great, but it's hard to share...I'm going to wipe out all those disappointing parfaits with a hearty, beautiful parfait that can be shared beautifully! The square parfaits stacked in a glass bowl are truly cute! At the bottom is Chateraise egg pudding, topped with domestic strawberries and lightly sweetened whipped cream. Add crunchy pieces of chocolate-flavored rusk, and accent the texture with bitter chocolate chips. Add a cakey feel to it with the castella cake, and garnish with orangette at the end to create an elegant shared parfait.
Share with 3-4 people!
It's easy to share, and the volume is satisfying for 3 to 4 people. The sweet and sour taste of domestically grown strawberries and the refreshing taste of milk ice cream make it easy to eat.
A restaurant located inside the Yamanashi Grand Hotel in Chuo City. In addition to hotel-made food, the menu features delicious and colorful sweets unique to the Chateraise Group, and is highly popular among young mothers. In the future, we plan to develop new share parfaits with a variety of seasonal fruits.
