It opened on July 2021, 7 in Kamiishida, Kofu City.
When you enter the store, you will find a wide variety of frozen dumplings and frozen dumplings, centered on the signboard product "Wagyoza".
"Wagyoza" is characterized by its elegant Japanese taste with kelp tea as a secret ingredient.
When you come here, you should taste the raw food first!
Seiwa Gyoza, which is served freshly made in the store every day, is full of the deliciousness of carefully selected vegetables procured from contract farmers and 100% Gunma-produced Bando mochi pork.
You can choose between 20 pieces (540 yen) and 43 pieces (1,080 yen), and it's small so you can eat it in no time.
There are 20 and 60 pieces of frozen dumplings, including "Hand-made Japanese gyoza", "Hand-made Japanese gyoza ginger flavor", "My red spicy gyoza", and "Matsusaka beef & Iberian pig gyoza". There are 4 types in the lineup.
In addition, there are three types of frozen shumai, "Yamato pork shumai," "prepuri shrimp shumai," and "seafood shumai," and "seafood shumai," which is grilled in a frying pan.
This time, I bought Seiwa Gyoza and my frozen red piri, Yamato pork dumplings, and seafood paozi ♪
