This is a beachside cafe-like "♭ (flat) cafe" that opened on July 2021, 7.

When you open the small blue door and go inside, the fans turn around on the high white ceiling, which is very open!

The interior of the store, which has a soft wood grain texture and is inspired by the West Coast of the United States, is a masterpiece that is DIY-finished from wall painting to table making.
The carefully selected interior is full of exoticism, so you can relax your mind and body ♪

Of course the menu is American!
The recommendation is the "salt pork butta bowl," which is attracting attention as a beauty food from the west coast, so I ordered this immediately.

The pork, which is soaked in salted koji for more than half a day and baked, is moist and tender.
If you squeeze the lemon tightly, it will have a refreshing flavor and increase your appetite!

The meat has a strong taste, so I dare to lighten the vegetables and mix them together to make the taste just right.

I heard that Misa, who is in charge of cooking, is also a dietitian, and I was convinced.
It's just the calculated deliciousness.

For drinks, try fruit tea made with luxurious fruits from the local city of Minami-Alps.

Fruits vary depending on the season, but now the prefecture's peaches and berries are lumpy, and the refreshing sweetness and acidity are pleasant.

All the sweets are handmade by Misa, so there's no reason not to eat this!

Seasonal cakes change from time to time, but the day of the interview is the blueberry tart ♪
The crispy tart is filled with sweet and sour juicy blueberries, and the gentle taste unique to handmade is soothing.
