Yamanashi's first hard cider specialty store is newly introduced in Kofu's Asahi Dori shopping street this summer!

In addition to the popular light roasted coffee and hard cider in Portland, Oregon, the popular shop "Portlandia Cider Bar & Cafe" where you can enjoy authentic craft beer and vegetarian food.

Inside, the interior is casual and modern with wood as the base color, and in addition to the tall counter seats arranged in the center, there are table seats and counter seats along the street overlooking the street.
There are many overseas guests, and it feels like it's not Yamanashi.

“I wanted to recreate the free atmosphere of Portland,” said the owner, Mr. Ohara, who lived in the United States for over 30 years, returned from Portland six years ago, and went to Yamanashi last year.
Surrounded by nature and delicious wine, Portland is somewhat similar to Yamanashi.

In addition to wine, craft beer is also popular in Portland, and even more discerning hard cider is very popular!

I heard that you can enjoy not only hard cider from Oregon but also Japanese products here, and what I saw was the word "Ringo School Brewery"!

This is an apple cider "Craft Cider" handmade using a closed elementary school in Nagano as a brewery.
Somehow the label is cute!

The two groups are wine yeast cider blended with middle-class Shinano sweets and Jonathan, and the three groups are blended with strong sour green apples and Jonathan. Each group has different taste characteristics.
“In the end, my dream is to brew cider in Yamanashi, a specialty of fruits,” says Ohara.

In addition to drinks, the food menu is extensive, with small plates that you can enjoy as snacks, as well as vegetarian menus such as hot dogs and meatballs.

I'm very satisfied with the vegetarian hot dog, which is full of amazing texture and taste, saying that this isn't really meat !?

I really wanted to taste the hard cider that I'm proud of, but this time I decided to have a light roasted coffee from Portland and handmade vegan muffins.

I don't think this muffin is made from animal ingredients, it's moist and rich.
The natural sweetness of bananas and the aroma of walnuts create a simple taste that looks good on the body.

You can take out or spend your lunch or cafe time leisurely.
Stop by at dusk and have a glass of hard cider or craft beer.
