Check!
If you cut it into small pieces, it will cook more easily.
Heat oil in a frying pan, and when it gets hot, stir-fry STEP.01. When everything is cooked through and the vegetables are soft, season with salt to taste.
Check!
Heating it in the microwave will save even more time.
Break the eggs, add salt, STEP.02, and pepper to taste and mix.
Heat the oil and when it gets hot, pour STEP.03 into the frying pan and fry both sides.
Once baked, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with ketchup.
Check!
Cooking slowly over low heat will prevent it from burning and will give you a fluffy finish.
The taste of the egg ingredients and the flavor of the vegetables go perfectly together! Stir-frying the vegetables first increases the sweetness, making it easier for even children who don't like it to eat it. It would be a good idea to arrange vegetables according to the child's taste, such as carrots, spinach, tomatoes, etc.
