Cut the daikon radish into pieces at 3cm intervals.
Check!
By cutting it into ginkgo pieces, the flavor soaks in easily, making it easy for both adults and children to eat.
Stir-fry the minced chicken in a pan with oil, add the stock and radish, and bring to a simmer. When it boils a little, add soy sauce and sugar.
Check!
When frying the ground chicken, adjust the heat as the oil tends to splatter.
When the radish is soft, cut it into easy-to-eat pieces, add the boiled green beans, and season with salt.
Turn off the heat and thicken with potato starch dissolved in water.
Check!
Adjust the amount of potato starch dissolved in water to your liking while checking the consistency.
In a short time, the radish and minced chicken have a strong flavor, and are soft and easy for children to eat! If it's for adults, you can also add ginger.
