"LOGICA", which opened in Kamiabaramachi, Kofu City on March 2024, 3, is a restaurant serving Italian course meals and natural wine. In order to make it more casual, even though he is a qualified sommelier, he deliberately does not pair his dishes, so you can enjoy lunch at a reasonable price.

The restaurant has a fully open kitchen, counter seats, one table for four people, and one table for six people.
Actually, I'm a big fan of Chef Tsukasa Osawa's cooking here, and since I was far away from him at the previous restaurant, I decided to take a seat at the counter this time, wanting to admire his masterful cooking.

The counter seats are made from a single piece of cedar, and since the chairs are meant to be used for the entire meal, they are not only stylish but also comfortable.

This enchanting caprese is made with sweet, sour, and deep fruit tomatoes from Mochizuki Farm in Yamanashi City and milky, soft mozzarella from Hokkaido's cheese factory Rakuesha.It's light and has endless deliciousness!

And then there's the handmade pasta, which stands out as much as the main dish. On the day of the interview, you can choose from three types: buckwheat gnocchi, whole wheat pappardelle, and maccheroni.

So, I decided to make ``pappardelle made with whole wheat flour.'' Tuscan pasta, which means ``glutton'' in Italian, is perfect for me as a glutton.
The super wide pappardelle made with whole wheat flour has a great flavor and an irresistible crunch. This is what “manual work” can do! The Shingen chicken, which is stewed with the bone in, melts in your mouth easily and you can enjoy the texture of the thick burdock root, and the pepper and black olives are the perfect accents.

The main dish is a simple roast of crystal pork from Yamanashi Prefecture, accompanied by oven-roasted local vegetables.
First of all, the steak knife is surprisingly sharp. Just cutting into it guarantees that it will be delicious, and I am excited by the heightened anticipation. When you take a bite, you'll be smitten by the soft texture of the meat.
They served it with the rare ``Wajima sea salt'' that Chef Osawa loves, but the herb-scented sauce based on sous Godi carnet was so delicious that there was no place for the Nantes salt...!!

LOGICA

The after-dinner dolce is homemade tiramisu and amazake gelato made with Shichiken's sake lees. Gelato with the concentrated flavor of amazake brings out the gentle sweetness and richness of tiramisu.

Aiming to be a ``restaurant that serves course meals for everyday use,'' we welcome families with children while serving authentic course meals.
There are also children's chairs, and you can bring your own baby food. Logica was created by Chef Osawa, who was in the midst of raising a family, as a restaurant he wanted to visit.
It's been about 2 weeks since opening. There is no doubt that it will become the ``choice of choice'' for many people, representing Yamanashi.
