"Hachidoriya", which has not had a store until now and has been slowly gaining popularity through irregular operations such as opening a store in Ebisuya, selling lunch boxes, and renting a room, finally opened a store in Marunouchi on June 2023, 6!
Even before the opening, the spice dishes that are not bound by nationality or genre have already grabbed the stomachs of many people.

With only counter seats, the aroma of spices fills the air, stimulating your appetite.

For lunch, the owner, ippi, spares no time and effort to try the original rice malt curry that was carefully handmade, so I decided to have three kinds of curry.

Originally from Yamanashi Prefecture, ippi is an influential person who has learned Thai cuisine mainly at various famous restaurants in Tokyo for a long time and has become independent in Kamakura.He says he learned a lot from Thai chefs that he couldn't put into recipes.

“I was able to learn a little bit about when to add herbs, and how to use dry and fresh herbs, and so on, and I was able to learn a lot from cooking,” says ippi.

Mr. ippi's conviction that ``only one person can take the same path, so there's no meaning unless you follow a different path,'' seems to have been the birth of humidoriya koji curry.
Depending on the curry, ippi's homemade paste is completed by mixing various herbs, spices, onions and rice malt and fermenting for a week.

Today, we have 3 kinds of green curry with lots of lentils, massaman curry with soft chicken and soy milk, and gaeng par with the sweetness of pork broth and vegetables with the scent of herbs on one plate.It seems that the image of "bukkake rice", the standard lunch of Thai commoners, is said to be.
