A wine bar just a 2-minute walk from Kobuchizawa Station
Opened February 2022, 11!

Update: 22.12.20
The wine bar “booshino” opened in Kobuchizawa, Hokuto City on November 2022, 11.
It's a 2-minute walk from Kobuchizawa Station, so it's a perfect place for tourists and locals who use trains.
Once in a while, it would be fun to leave the car and come for a drink on the train.
When you open the playful bright red and heavy iron door, you finally see booshino.
The small shop has 8 counter seats and 6 table seats, and has a calm atmosphere like a hideout for adults.
There is a wine cellar in the back of the store, and you can go in and out freely.
The owner and sommelier from Hokuto city, Mr. Suzuki, carefully selects about 200 kinds of wines from the prefecture to imported wines.Over the next few years, the number will increase to about 3000.
Now that you've come all the way to a wine bar, it's time to enjoy the marriage.
Among the lineup of special menu items such as "strawberry and mozzarella" and "charcuterie", the word "ham cutlet", which has a strong image of a side dish, catches the eye.Ham cutlet at the bar?!
At the time of the interview, we used French ham "Jambon Blanc" and wrapped it in a thin batter.
It shines as a masterpiece that overturns the concept of “ham cutlet”, which has a thick batter and a strong image of a set meal.
The ham itself is salty, so it's delicious even if you don't put anything on it.
The recommended wine, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, which goes well with the ham cutlet, is a white wine with a solid and astringent taste.
I thought red would go well with meat dishes, but it seems to go well with ham cutlets and cheese.
Since it's a big deal, I also chose "Fromage".You can always choose from 6 to 8 types of cheese (from 500 yen).
Another nice point is that the owner proposes the wine that the owner ordered and the cheese that goes well with the à la carte and cuts it right in front of you.
Last but not least, booshino's recommended a la carte is the Anpo Persimmon and Sado Butter Sandwich.
I thought, "Eating butter makes me feel guilty...!", but the Sado butter wrapped in sweet persimmons is not overpowering and has a cream cheese-like smoothness.
It has a mellow and light taste, so it's a devilish dish that you can finish eating in no time.
Come to booshino to find your favorite wine to enjoy with a special a la carte.
