First, we will conduct off-the-job training using external training and e-learning, where you will learn the basic rules and manners of working life.
After that, the menu will be the same as for mid-career recruitment.

Sales-related training is primarily on-the-job, with employees working alongside senior employees until they are able to work independently to learn sales know-how.
The person accompanying you will change every day, so you will be able to see a variety of sales styles.
Although this varies from person to person, children will generally be able to stand independently within one to two months.
By the way, the company will cover lunch expenses during the accompanying period.
For office work, we also have a dedicated training officer who provides detailed instruction while observing the daily work flow.
We have an environment where you can easily ask questions about anything you don't understand, so unlike boring classroom training, you can learn in a fun way by watching real work.
Although this varies from person to person, children are generally able to stand independently within 3 to 4 months.

We have an in-house childcare facility called "Takenoko" (for ages 6 months to preschoolers).
We have created an environment where even those with small children can work with peace of mind.
Located in Shimakamijo, Kai City, it is only a 5-minute drive from the office, making it extremely convenient for pick-up and drop-off.
Childcare is free for employees' children.

The number of employees taking childcare leave is also increasing, and many employees are taking advantage of the reduced-hours system after returning to work.

We also offer child care leave that can be taken on an hourly basis, which can be used not only for illness or sudden illness, but also for planned time off for vaccinations, etc., providing peace of mind.

    A. There is no cafeteria in the company, so I bring my own lunch or order it in at the office and eat at my desk.
    There are several restaurants nearby, so some people have lunch outside the office.
    Some people who are out on business eat out or bring their own lunch and eat it in the car.
