This department delivers hospitality tailored to each individual customer. They work closely with various departments such as the front desk and the kitchen, and interacting with customers is their most important role and the longest.

Founded in 12 as a traditional Japanese restaurant, we offer hospitality with cuisine that combines tradition and creativity to satisfy all five senses.

Tsuchiya is a confectionery shop located inside Itoyanagikan. It produces and sells Western-style confectionery, mainly castella.

Educational- Educational system
After joining the company, you will learn about the company and the basics of customer service, and gradually move onto practical work.
During the practical training, you will receive careful one-on-one instruction from a senior instructor, so there is an environment where you can easily ask questions about anything you don't understand.
We also focus on education and training systems in order to create a workplace where employees can feel rewarded and grow.
Starting in 2024, the facility will be closed one day a month and training will be conducted by inviting external lecturers.
In addition, many employees, from new recruits to veterans, participate in in-house study sessions and meetings.

Itoyanagi is a ryokan (Japanese inn) in Isawa Onsen, Yamanashi Prefecture, boasting over 140 years of history.
The main building is "Isawa Meitoukan Itoyanagi," and the sister building is "Itoyanagi Annex Wajoen," which offers quiet relaxation, and "Itoyanagi Koyado Yuwa," which incorporates a new sensibility.
Our mission is to treasure our traditions while continuing to evolve with the times, and to deliver a truly moving experience to all our customers.

Q. Is it easy to take time off?
A. Generally, you can take time off if you let us know in advance.
We are also flexible in accommodating requests for early departures or days off due to a child's sudden illness.

A. You can commute by car. There is also an employee parking lot on the premises, so you can commute to work without worry.

A. Meal assistance is available, so I can easily have lunch. It helps me to have a good meal even on busy days.
