Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Department

This is our company's core business and is responsible for an important process that is essential for running machinery and factories, and involves tasks such as assembly, crimping, soldering, connecting, and inspection.
We operate a consistent system for control panels, distribution boards, harnesses, and instrumentation wiring, and we excel at handling requests from a wide variety of fields and industries, from single items to mass-produced products.
This is the perfect job for those who enjoy the excitement of creating something from scratch and the sense of accomplishment they get when it is completed.

Control Panel Manufacturing Department

Like the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Department, this is one of our core businesses and an indispensable part of our business.
Although the work involved is the same as that for electronic devices - assembling, crimping, soldering, connecting, and inspection - we also manufacture a wide range of products, including aluminum frames and larger sizes.
This is also a perfect job for those who enjoy the excitement of creating something from scratch and the sense of accomplishment they get when it is completed.

Harness Division

Just as blood vessels carry oxygen and nutrients from the heart to the entire body and nerves transmit commands from the brain, harnesses transmit commands from the control panel to each machine and device and supply the necessary electricity, making them an indispensable part of our business.
The main tasks include inspection, cutting wires, stripping, crimping, connector insertion, and inspection.
This job is perfect for those who want to do detailed work and work quietly.

Sheet Metal Division

This is a newly established division. We process metal, perform sheet metal work, and weld based on drawings.
We can read the completed drawings of various control panels and distribution boards, and handle everything from expansion to processing and finishing in-house.
While learning practical techniques from experienced craftsmen, you can acquire craftsmanship such as precision processing and beautiful finishing, and aim to steadily improve your skills.
This job is perfect for people who enjoy working with their hands and creating things.

Office work

We have three office staff members whose main duties include answering the phone, creating purchase orders, invoices, creating estimates, and dealing with visitors.
In addition, I also support employees' salaries and health management. As the company's liaison office, I always try to smile.

Educational- Educational system

Both new graduates and mid-career hires will receive on-the-job training (in screw tightening, crimping, and soldering) from various engineers after joining the company.
You will also be required to take skills tests conducted by external organizations, and through this comprehensive training you will be able to acquire solid skills.
