Q. What prompted you to apply? What motivated you to do so?
A. Because my children were still small, it was difficult for me to work full-time, so I applied for this position thinking that the hours would allow me to balance work with raising my children.

A. We are summarizing the training for new employees and the activities of our office members.

A. My child is still young, so there are times when he gets a fever and I have to take time off suddenly, but the people I work with also have small children, so it's easy to take time off, which is helpful.
