Q. What prompted you to apply? What motivated you to do so?

I originally wanted to work in the food industry.
The idea of having weekends off was appealing, and I also identified with the company motto of "Try to challenge," so I applied.

Q. What are your current responsibilities and what is your role?

I work in the alcohol manufacturing industry.
My main duties include changing labels, changing tapes, and starting up machines.

Q. What skills are required for the job?

I think it's important to be able to complete your work accurately and efficiently, and to always think ahead and act accordingly.

Q. What is the environment and atmosphere like within your department?

It's a comfortable workplace where even when we're busy, if there's something you don't understand, you'll be given thorough guidance.

Q. Please tell us about your future goals and prospects.

When my boss praises me, I feel happy and it makes me want to work harder. I want to continue to improve my skills through various experiences and grow every day so that my boss will feel that he can trust me with my work.

There are many people who are willing to listen to my worries and concerns. Even if I have a problem, I don't have to worry about it alone. We have an environment where we all help each other to overcome it, so I think it's a very rewarding and comfortable workplace.
