Our company has an in-house training dojo called "Neko Juku" where employees learn things like attentive listening and teamwork through a variety of training programs, including quality education, improvement activities, safety education, environmental education, and small group activities. Each employee maintains a high level of awareness as they carry out their daily work, valuing our continued goal of zero workplace accidents and the trust of our customers.
After the training, we also have group presentations to help improve presentation skills and facilitate smooth communication.
Company Events– Company events
In order to deepen interactions between employees across business locations who normally have little opportunity to interact with each other and to strengthen team cohesion, we held various company events every year, such as a barbecue in April, a company trip in November, a year-end party in December, and a start-of-work ceremony in January. However, these events have been temporarily suspended due to the spread of the coronavirus infection.
These events were resumed in 2024, with a barbecue held in April and a summer party in July.
By holding regular events, we aim to stimulate communication among employees and create an environment where everyone can work comfortably.
We plan to continue to deepen the bonds between employees and plan events that everyone can enjoy.
