Occupations

Type of Occupation

製造

We manufacture equipment parts to meet customer requests using manual machines such as general-purpose lathes and jig milling machines, as well as computer-controlled machines such as NC lathes and machining centers. Specifically, we carry out a series of tasks, such as checking the drawings and considering "what kind of processing will be done" ⇒ setting the processing conditions on the machine ⇒ placing the metal in the machine ⇒ checking the operation of the machine.

Process control

This position involves "process management from order receipt to delivery." This position mainly involves desk work. Specifically, this position involves adjusting schedules after receiving orders, confirming material arrangements, arranging for outsourced processing, and preparing for delivery. In addition, this position involves entering data into and operating process management software called "M-Net," which is used to allocate work to each worker.

Inspection

When a customer requests that an inspection slip be attached, we measure the cross dimensions of the specified points to within 0.01 mm using special equipment and enter the resulting values. In other cases, we measure all dimensions to confirm that they match the dimensions on the drawing, and record the work on a PC.

General affairs

We handle general administrative tasks, including attendance and payroll calculations, paid leave management, invoicing, accounting, and adjusting health checkup schedules, all of which support the smooth running of the company.

Representative Director Tsuyoshi Ishibashi

Our company's origins date back to the time when our previous founder was an engineer who manufactured torpedoes for aircraft at the Yokosuka Naval Arsenal towards the end of World War II.
After that, in 43, we started a business in Kofu City, but it became too small and we had to move, and we have been in our current factory in Minami Alps City for 17 years.
Our company's management policy is to help people in charge of manufacturing to learn the joy of manufacturing so that they can devote themselves to their work with a sense of purpose.
