Q. What prompted you to apply? What motivated you to do so?

As a native of Yamanashi Prefecture, I wanted to be involved in the local industry, so I chose the jewelry industry.

Q. What are your current responsibilities and what is your role?

I am involved in production arrangements and product management, and am improving my knowledge for sales activities.

Q. What skills are required for the job?

I think it's important to have good communication skills when interacting with business partners and to work in a way that is conscious of work efficiency.

Q. Please tell us about any difficulties or failures you have faced so far.

There are many checks to be done and missing just one can lead to a big mistake, so it's difficult to keep an eye on time and check carefully to make sure nothing is overlooked.

Q. What do you find rewarding about your job?

In my current job, there is a lot of detailed work, but I feel it is very rewarding when it takes shape into a finished product, is delivered to the customer, and is met with delight.

Q. Please tell us about your future goals and prospects.

I plan to work hard as a salesperson from now on, so I would like to make sure that I can apply what I have learned so far to my sales activities, while also making a substantial contribution to the company.
