Restaurant Department

This department is the heart of cafe management. They are responsible for understanding and analyzing FL costs (food and labor costs) and implementing the necessary improvements.

Education System

We listen carefully to employees' wishes from the moment they join the company and decide their future direction. We provide training tailored to their wishes, such as whether they want to try it out first or whether they want to work with a high level of commitment. In addition to a thorough manual, we also provide thorough training for new employees on the floor and in the kitchen, and we also conduct role-plays in which employees are divided into customer and staff roles. Additionally, once a year, we hold a "Management Plan Presentation" in which all employees participate.   • Q. Is it easy to take time off?

    A. We have a monthly shift system, and employees can take up to two consecutive days off. We are flexible with each other when it comes to taking weekends.

    A. You will be granted 10 days six months after joining the company.
