We operate a security business to ensure the safety of our community.
Security guards (traffic control officers) are indispensable in city development.
Road construction involves many risks, but our role is to support urban development by guiding people safely and allowing them to carry out the construction with peace of mind.
However, due to the current declining birthrate and aging population, there is a serious shortage of security guards to protect the safety of local communities.
There are an increasing number of cases where construction cannot proceed without the presence of security guards (traffic control officers).
We aim to be a company that provides safety and peace of mind to our customers and local residents, and we contribute to the local community.
OccupationsType of Occupation
When construction or civil engineering work is being carried out and roads are impassable, we operate in one direction or close the road to ensure safe and secure passage.
When holding events such as fireworks displays, we work to prevent people from entering restricted areas, as it is dangerous for them to do so.
We handle all general administrative tasks, such as preparing various documents, managing attendance and payroll, handling phone calls and visitors, and supporting with recruitment and training.

Even if you have no experience as a security guard, you can work with peace of mind. Classroom and on-site training will be conducted over four days (4 hours), so you can learn the job with peace of mind.
communication– A place for interaction
There has been much talk about a lack of communication in recent years, but teamwork is important in our workplace, so we have installed a ping pong table and a darts table in the break room as a place for employees to communicate with each other.
