Kuwago Co., Ltd., makers of the popular Yamanashi dish "Han's Delicious Kuwacha," has opened "Han's Kitchen" inside the Trailer Village!
As the name suggests, you can enjoy not only mulberry tea but also Korean home cooking from President Han's hometown, so I decided to give it a try.
The menu includes yangnyeom chicken, chijimi, kimbap, and a great value set menu. The staff has experimented with the seasonings and ingredients to recreate the authentic taste of the restaurant.
The chewy chijimi with three kinds of seafood, the spicy yangnyeom chicken with a perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness, the kimbap filled with about seven kinds of ingredients, and other dishes all have a gentle flavor that you won't be able to stop eating. They are also very filling, so they are perfect for sharing.
Of course, if you visit this place, don't forget to try the mulberry tea! The logo with President Han as its motif is very photogenic. It is refreshing and easy to drink, and is rich in dietary fiber, so it has a detoxifying effect, so be sure to try it with your Korean food♪
