The restaurant has a spacious, open space with over 150 seats, with a long counter table facing each other in the center. Here, you can enjoy a unique style of "custom shared buffet" where you can order "your favorite food in your favorite size" via QR code.

You can choose your own combination of main dish, salad, deli, rice, bread, and fruit. You can choose the size of each dish, so you can discuss it with a few people and enjoy sharing it. For the main dish, you can choose from 1 to 980 types of meat or seafood for 5 yen per person.

I chose the hamburger steak, and the photographer chose the chicken! The hamburger steak, which is grilled to perfection after an order is placed at the grill corner, is plump and smells delicious. The chicken is also served to order, and everything looks delicious!

We decided to share the 32cm mega-sized salad (1,680 yen). It was a colorful mega-sized serving of broccoli, snap peas, peppers, and more. We all wanted to choose what we wanted from the deli, so we decided to go with the 21.5cm regular size, and share a rice container (680 yen). It was fun to customize it to suit our mood that day while discussing it. This is a great option for families with small children, as it is reasonably priced and doesn't waste anything.

The in-house chef at fumotto DINING is a highly skilled chef who has worked at a famous hotel. The deli and tableware are overseen by Moriya Wakana, a food researcher who is also a certified vegetable sommelier! This means that the taste is guaranteed. We are grateful to this rare restaurant where you can enjoy local gastronomy filled with the charm of the region at a reasonable price and in a casual atmosphere!
