“SPRING WINE” is a wine shop in the Asahimachi shopping district of Kofu City. There is a brewery next to the stand bar where you can enjoy snacks.
At the stand bar, each grape is carefully cultivated to match the wine, and wines that make the most of the deliciousness of the grapes are on display.
The gorgeous label, painted to match the color of the wine, also makes a great gift or souvenir. Free tastings are also available, so please give it a try.
