A workshop that manufactures and sells handmade cheese at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
Cheeses are carefully prepared one by one using fresh local milk as a raw material.
The cheese, which reflects the unique climate of this region, has a refreshing taste but a rich and profound taste.
In addition to over-the-counter sales, you can also order at the online shop (fresh cheese such as ricotta and mozzarella are only sold over-the-counter).
