How to make bibimbap
Stir-fry the beef and once it's cooked through, add the yakiniku sauce and mix it all together.
Check!
Cut the beef into pieces that are easy for children to eat.
Cut the bean sprouts, carrots, and spinach into bite-sized pieces and boil them. Drain well, add sesame oil, soy sauce, and ground sesame seeds and mix.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the beaten eggs until they become soft and fluffy to make fried eggs.
Add the sauce seasonings (separately included) to the pot and bring to a boil. When it boils, add potato starch dissolved in water to thicken it.
Check!
The water-soluble potato starch tends to clump together, so be sure to mix it while adding it.
Arrange the meat, namul, and fried egg on top of the rice, add the sauce, and it's done!
The yakiniku sauce, the scent of sesame oil from the namul, the miso sauce, and more will increase your appetite! It has a lot of ingredients, so you can get plenty of nutrients such as vitamins and protein, and it's also filling, so not only children but also adults can enjoy a healthy meal. Let's decorate your dining table with brightly colored bibimbap!
