Tsumugi-no-Yu, located in Ichikawamisato-cho, is an artesian hot spring that was born along the Fuji River, which is currently one of the most unique and active fluctuation zones in the world, where four plates meet each other.
A sodium-calcium-chloride hot spring with an extremely rich mineral component that has been recharged in the eternal flow of a fault crushing 1,000 m underground, on the bedrock of green tuffs of submarine volcanic sediments about 1,500 million years ago.
