Chateraise, which has delicious sweets, started brewing in 2000.
We use only the grapes of our own farms and contract farmers, mainly in Katsunuma, and brew the grapes from Yamanashi prefecture with all our heart.
We have a large selection of wines that have won many prizes in domestic and international competitions.Please enjoy the authentic wine carefully prepared by the brewer using all five senses while facing the grapes and yeast while cherishing the basics.
