The oldest surviving winery in Japan.
A number of discerning wines using grapes grown in our own farm without using any chemical fertilizer.
You can also observe the state of viticulture in sheep grazing, which is rare in the prefecture.
The wine brewed with great care is loved not only in Yamanashi but all over Japan.
In addition to tasting in the space called the boutique at the entrance of the winery, you can also enjoy limited wine.
There are various types of winery tours, so find your favorite wine!
