A small-scale, small-quantity, high-quality wine boutique winery located in Katsunuma-cho, Koshu.
It is also known as a winery produced by one of the best brewers in the Japanese wine industry, and its barrel aging technology is one of the best in Japan.
Not only the quality of the grapes, but also the method of extracting the fruit juice and the temperature control during fermentation, the brewer's commitment is demonstrated in all processes, and the wine has an elegant and pure fruit flavor.
There are 3 types of standard wine: 2 types of white wine, 1 types of red wine, and 6 type of rosé.
