A winery with a long history and tradition of over 100 years in the Iwasaki district of Katsunuma Town, Koshu City.
The Koshu variety, which is the raw material for wine, uses grapes from 100% shareholder farmers.
Producing high-quality original wines such as the representative brand "Katsunuma no Jizake" and "Ajiron", which is called a phantom grape because of the difficulty of cultivation.
